Will McGaveston – Managing Director
We took over ownership of BTI in 2024. We have a hands on approach and enjoy meeting and talking with our customers. We aim to deliver high service levels and technical knowledge with the help of our team, and strive to bring superior quality and innovative products to our offering.
Gratton – General Manager
Gratton leads the BTI team and is the national face of our sales efforts across New Zealand. Alongside driving face-to-face sales, he’s passionate about new product development, with a focus on bringing innovative, high-quality solutions to the fencing and gate industry. Gratton works closely with customers to support projects and build long-term partnerships.
Graham Hansen – Technical Service Support
A qualified engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the fencing and gate hardware industry, Graham is skilled at solving customers’ problems and identifying products to fit their specific needs. If you’re trying to specify complex hardware and need expert advice, Graham is your man. Graham manages BTI’s warehouse and order dispatching. Outside of work, Graham loves fishing!
Asher Lambly – Customer Care
Asher is the friendly first point of contact when you call BTI. He manages customer care and showroom sales, ensuring every interaction is efficient, helpful, and professional. Asher is focused on delivering fast, reliable support and making sure customers get exactly what they need. Outside of work, he’s a passionate sports fan who can give you the latest updates on just about every major code.
Rose Wilson – Sales and Administration
(Currently on Maternity leave) Rose is the friendly voice of BTI, she is your contact for sale orders, telephone enquiries and account queries.
